St Finian’s Lutheran Church in Dublin held a service on the theme Climate Justice and the Integrity of Creation on 12th July 2015. It was a very meaningful and well-prepared service and two members of the Eco-Congregation Ireland committee were delighted to be there for the special service.
Pastor Martin Sauter and musician Enda Reilly would be very happy to lead a similar climate justice service for another church, if anyone is interested. You can see the outline for the service here.
St Finians’s also held a special outdoor service in 2014 on the theme, Surely there’s a better way to live? The music for that service was also led by Enda Reilly, who is becoming well known for his songs about climate change. You can check out his website and have a listen to some of his songs here.
