With the Stormont elections just around the corner, voters in the North are already opening their doors to canvassers and picking up fliers by the score from their doormats.
As in the recent elections in the Republic, the focus will almost certainly be on jobs, health, education and security, with the environment lagging behind, or maybe even not featuring at all.
For those concerned about climate justice, this presents the perfect opportunity to lobby your canvasser/candidate for specific legislation (present in other parts of the UK) to enable Northern Ireland play its full role in combating runaway global climate change.
