“Education for Sustainable Development, Knowing Our Place – From Stardust to Sand”
Just to let you know we will run our sucessful summer school once again from
Monday 1st – Friday 5th July, here in An Tairseach, Wicklow Town.
The comments below from primary school teachers give an insight into how very worthwhile this course is:
“An excellent course with a great range of activities that can be brought into the classroom along with fantastic IT links and resources to further my knowledge and strengthen my teaching. I really enjoyed this course and will be able to apply so much of it in the coming school year. Thank you so much!”
“This course was so engaging and mixed the participants own personal professional development with giving the tools and knowledge to reach sustainable development in our own classrooms … and it got the balance of both so well.”
“I really enjoyed this course, especially the opportunities to engage with nature in a meaningful and practical way. I will carry this enthusiasm back to the classroom in September. There was a lovely focus on enhancing our own wellbeing.”
Places will be limited to 25 so be sure to book early to avoid disappointment.
