The Quaker United Nations Office has published two new documents.
The first, The Role of Decentralised Renewable Energy in Peacebuilding, is a working paper on how renewable energies can have a peacebuilding role.
The second, A Government Official’s Toolkit, can be used by citizens to engage their decision makers for more urgent action on climate change and other environmental crises. The booklet includes research from the most recent IPCC Special Report on Global Warming of 1.5C.
