Rathfarnham Parish Eco Group in South Dublin has recently produced the 3rd edition of its local food directory.
The directory, which lists local shops and market stalls that sell locally-produced food, was originally produced two years ago to encourage people to think about where their food comes from and how far it travels before it reaches their plates.
Copies of the food directory can be picked up from Dundrum and Ballyroan libraries, or can be viewed/printed here – Local Food Directory – 3rd edition

It would be great to see people living elsewhere setting up their own ‘Local Food’ pages and producing their own local food directories 🙂
