The Organic Centre at Rossinver, Co Leitrim has re-opened with a wide programme of events scheduled for 2011. These will take place in Co Wicklow and Co Clare as well as at Rossinver.
This year’s courses include Grow Your Own Fruit, Sourdough Baking, Get Your Garden In Shape and a Polytunnel course.
New this year are cook-and-surf weekends and tuition in growing organic flowers.
